"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding." 
-Proverbs 3:5

I was 23 years old when I gave my heart to the Lord in a little church in Corbin, KY. Up until that day I was lost. I might have thought that I had all of the answers, but God quickly showed me that those answers were to all the wrong questions. I won't spill out my life story because that isn't the intent of this blog. It isn't about me. It is about him, the great and most high king of kings. It is about a boy who was brought to this earth by his father, who walked in a vessel of flesh and grew into a man. That man paid the price for all of our selfish doings, evil imaginings and every other trangression we have committed. And there was nothing in it for him. There was no great prize or reward that he received for paying this price. He did it simply out of love. I have to go to work now, but I will return later to talk more about that great man, my saviour, Jesus.
